Please note: Most of our groups are now back face-to-face, apart from our educational evenings and yoga group, which run online.
"A problem shared is a problem halved."
Support groups and meetings are a big part of what we do. Our groups are a great way to meet others who know what you are going through and offer both practical advice and moral support. These meet-ups provide peer-to-peer support, facilitated by one of our linkworkers. Meetings may include workshops or guest speakers to share topics on brain injury. Sign up for any meeting by filling out the form on this page, or by contacting us.

Support Group
3rd Monday of every month
2:00pm - 3:30pm

Chair Yoga with Lumi Foundation on Zoom
Monthly on Zoom from 2-3 pm.
We teamed up with the charity Lumi Foundation, to offer inclusive chair-based yoga. This is designed to be accessible for all levels and the yoga instructor offers very gentle, but effective ways to stretch, unwind and release tension.
Educational Evenings on Zoom
A few times a year 6-7 pm.
We set up these educational evenings to inform members about the impact of brain injury, symptoms and management. We have specialist guest speakers come and do a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute Q&A. Past talks from professionals have been about memory, fatigue, diet, lifestyle, and dizziness and balance.
