Please note: Most of our groups are now back face-to-face, apart from our educational evenings and yoga group, which run online.
"A problem shared is a problem halved."
Support groups and meetings are a big part of what we do. Our groups are a great way to meet others who know what you are going through and offer both practical advice and moral support. These meet-ups provide peer-to-peer support, facilitated by one of our linkworkers. Meetings may include workshops or guest speakers to share topics on brain injury. Sign up for any meeting by filling out the form on this page, or by contacting us.
